Laminating technology of G+G capatitive touch screen

Being prepared to get into the dust –free plant to prevent to take dust in,dust-free clothes, shoes and masks have to be put on . The specific operations are as below:

No.1 Checking appearance of CG.

No.2 Assemble:

Optical adhesive , being protected by two protective films.Then taking off the protective film by one side of the Optical adhesive ,and putting the optical adhesive on the cover glass. Taking off the other side of the protective film on the optical adhesive ,so the FOG will be put on the cover glass .

No.4 Vacuum fitting:

 Air bubbles will be taken off by Vacuum fitting machine . Capacitive touch panel will be put into the machine on the temperature of 85’C in 110 minutes ,in the meantime , a piece of cloth will be put on the CTP in prevent the CTP from sticking to the machine.

No.5 Remove air bubbles :

The deaeration machine is used to take the bonding bubbles off the CTP completely. The temperature in the machine is always on 70’C,It will take about thirty minutes

Notice :

After being sticked on the cover glass and FOG,the optical adhesive clouldn’t see the light in order to prevent the optical adhesive being cured.
