In December 2017, we developed a 10.4 inch industrial capacitive touch screen panel with USB 2.0 interface driven by ILI2511 controller from ILITEK, supporting multi-touch and water-resistant, compatible with Windows, Linux, Android and Mac operating systems.
In March 2018, it was put into a trial production with 50pcs. Uptill now, half a year passed, all feedback and comment from different sample clients are positive. They are very satisfied with its perfornace, 6H surface hardness, elegant touch experience, wide operating temperature from -20℃~70℃.
It is glass structure, 0.7mm sensor glass bonded with 2mm or 3mm front glass. It has two versions for the thickness of front glass due to its application is mainly for industrial monitors, or tablets or panel PCs. Then, the totoal thickness comes to 2.9mm or 3.9mm.

As you could see, the front glass has now silkprinting on the border, no logo. This is for customizing for you according to your logo, dimesnion, color, shape and etc. We could also custom the surface treatment for you, like anti-glare, anti-reflective and anti-fingerprint. You could choose the thickness of the glass like 0.7mm, 1.1mm, 1.8mm or 2.0mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm. The sensor dimension drawing will be helpful for you to design the front glass. Besides, we often provide touch panel bonded on LCD panel one-stop touch display solution. Our factory is well equipped with not only the machines for touch screen manufacturing process, but also equipped with machines for bonding touch panel to LCD panel. We provide air-gap bonding, UV optical bonding with OCA (optically clear adhesive), and LOCA optical bonding. For 10.4" touch display, air-gap bonding is the most common bonding technology, as there is metal frame for most industrial LCD panels, OCA bonding is easily producing air bubbles which could not be eliminated by air-bubble remover machine. LOCA bonding is Ok, but comparatively, it costs much higher than the air-gap bonding.
